Accommodations: The Ponderosa Room sleeps 5; the Wild Flower Room sleeps 4; The Aspen and Spruce Rooms are semi-private rooms, each sleeping 2, or they can be private rooms accommodating 1 person. All rooms are outfitted with twin beds, comforters, and linens (no bunk beds, no lofts). Four and a half bathrooms are available for guests and include towels, soap, shampoo, lotions, and blow driers.

Group Reservations: Minimum required for a group reservation is 7, including the host. Host receives a 50% discount off his/her lodging and meals when bringing 6 guests. Host receives a free room and meals when booking a group of 13 (including the host). Not part of a large group? Give us a call or check our calendar for space availability. Every effort will be made to match individuals or small groups with others for the desired weekend.

Deposit: A $50 per person non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation. Full payment is required 15 days prior to the reserved weekend. If any guest must cancel, for any reason, the $50 deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. If the guest has paid in full, they may transfer the amount paid, less the $50 deposit, to another weekend within 12 months.

Meal Arrangements: Two options are available. Your group may wish to bring their own groceries and recipes, in which case I am happy to prepare your meal choices and handle all clean up so you can devote as much time as possible to your projects. Or, you may choose to have us plan, shop for, and provide all meals. We will work with you to tailor meals to your group’s preferences. Soft drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, iced tea and/or lemonade as well as snacks for the weekend are included in the prices shown below.

MEALS AND DINING
While we will work with you to develop a menu that suits your group’s wishes, when we provide meals, this is typical of what you might expect. Groups arriving on Thursday are often treated to pasta night, featuring one or two entrees, salad and dessert. Friday night is generally BBQ Night featuring the best in smoked pork, smoked beef, cole slaw and homemade BBQ sauce from the famous Hog Heaven right here in Bailey. Saturday’s dinner is catered by Supper Solutions, and guests will have the option to select their preferred entrée from several choices. Breakfast generally includes cereals, pastries, muffins, bagels, etc., on Friday and Saturday, with a larger breakfast/brunch on Sunday morning. Special diets can also be accommodated; just let us know in advance.

For those interested in venturing out, there are several excellent restaurants within a few miles. We can provide you with more information regarding their menus upon your arrival.
